I decided to go with Wesafeguard for our security at our office building. We used two other companies prior to them. They came and evaluated our property and pointed out issues I didn’t realize. Reporting and follow-ups are great! They help make our community safe and I feel very comfortable when our tenants walk from the parking lot to the apartments. As a manager, I was looking to maintain a safe place for our employees and tenants. I reached out to several company's. I decided to go with a Wesafeguard Security Company. The main reason is how there structure system is set up to resolving issues. It's not like the rest. I meet with 3 different company's. Meet with Wesafeguard and you will see for yourself. A year ago I already knew it was going to be a great Change in my security company. Our previous company was terrible at getting back to me with questions. My account manager always follow up with me on a monthly basis or as I need. Usually that stops after a few months but not with them. It hasn’t stopped a year in. Anytime you need security guards for an HOA or apartment complex reach out to this company ! Great service, great guards and dependable. There always professional and if you’ve dealt with this security industry it seems hard to come by as I went through multiple companies that were bad. I am one of the board of directors for a HOA community in Irvine, CA and We had trouble with people and visitors parking in spots they were not supposed to and caused other residents to be frustrated. Our previous security company just didn’t care flat out. Nobody answered my calls and the guards said that what there “supervisor” told them to do. I am happy to switch to WeSafeGuard security. Such a great company all around. They listen , they ANSWER your calls and they help you. They are  upfront and honest. The guards are respectful to the residents and all other people they face. I’ve lived in many apartments complexes and condos and had many run in’s with different security companies and the guards they hire. Most don’t even care or say hi. Wesafeguards security are really pleasant. They get to know the people living there  and patrol the parking structures and common areas a lot through out the day. Good response time from our field supervisor and management. Team is on time and dressed correctly. I get monthly reports on performance. Sometimes I ask for reports earlier in the month and they always provide it without hassle.  I would definitely  recommend Wesafeguard because they are attentive and keep their promises.
